The Coffee Corner, on the ground floor of the Atrium, is an integral part of the catering service available to guests of the World Trade Organization. Almost all takeaway sales come from this area and it’s also the ideal location for a coffee break or quick lunch during the day.
Breakfast is now viewed as increasingly important, so the Coffee Shop in the Atrium offers guests a wide range of options, including a choice of bakery items and sweet pastries, cooked the same day and delivered first thing in the morning.
All our pastries are produced on a small scale by local bakers. They are all made with butter and do not contain palm oil.
Our selection of freshly cut fruits will also delight our customers.
Eldora’s approach to fast food in the Coffee Shop in the Atrium, whether it’s to take away or eat in, is part of an innovative initiative that is exclusive to the World Trade Organization.
Cold SandwichesSandwiches are an integral part of current eating habits and have their own place in the Coffee Shop in the Atrium. Available from first thing in the morning, we offer a wide selection, all made in-house, with fresh bread and delicious fillings.
If possible, we are aiming to install a hot cabinet in the Coffee Shop in the Atrium for hot sandwiches and quiches, offering its guests the freedom to choose and a quick check-out. For some so-called “instant” hot dishes, or for guests eating outside of peak times, we also suggest installing a piece of professional equipment called a “Merry-Chef”, for toasting and warming a number of dishes to the right temperature. Efficient and practical, this combines the speed of a microwave with the crispiness of a traditional oven. Guests can therefore enjoy a complete hot meal at any time, ideally accompanied by a seasonal salad for a quick, well-balanced lunch.
Eldora offers a range of ready-to-eat mixed salads and sushi that guests can either eat in or take away. Prepared with the freshest ingredients every morning, these culinary specialities are a meal in themselves; creative recipes and an attractive presentation in their packaging add to their appeal.
Our range of luxury and fruit desserts are both colourful and attractively presented.
For guests who prefer a more traditional cold meal, Eldora offers a selection of “gourmet” platters – a complete, balanced meal in themselves, just like our hot menus.
The Coffee Shop in the Atrium will offer almost all the morning services and takeaway items until 16:00. However, the pastries served for morning coffee breaks will be carefully replaced with a range of afternoon pastries and teatime items. This time of day will also be perfect for organising culinary events based on gourmet teatimes, such as pancakes, waffles and pastries, “English tea”, fruit or chocolate. These events are often popular with guests and will be organised with the same care as our lunchtime events and the same level of marketing support from Eldora.
The Coffee Shop in the Atrium will offer events based on themes such as seasonal cakes, the “Café Barista”, pancakes and waffles to keep it busy and ensure good visitor numbers during the day.
